In 2005 Damon & Kristi Passons (Lead Pastors of Hamilton Life Church) were serving as children’s pastors at Cornerstone Church in Nashville TN.  Each week there were around 2300 people in attendance.  It was a good experience as well as a great training ground. That year was the time that God gave Damon & Kristi a passion to see something tremendous happen for God in Chattanooga.

In May of 2006 they moved to Chattanooga and started Hamilton Life church with 10 people.  This small group met in their home while preparing for the launch of the HLC, which took place on Sunday October 1^st of that year. 

Hamilton Life Church is involved monthly in servant evangelism and community service.  The HLC is providing opportunities for families to grow through these events. We are reaching out to Hamilton County by serving the homeless, helping with school events, providing family activities at parks and ministering to the clients at the Orange Grove Center.  Community is important to the HLC.

Hamilton Life desires to not only reach our community but the world that we live in.  The church has been on numerous mission trips to New York, the Dominican Republic and Haiti.  We know that God has called us to focus our missions to the Islands of the Dominican Republic and Haiti.

The HLC exists to help people connect to an intimate God thru innovative ministry.  Our hope is that people will be inspired to serve the creative and loving God of the Bible.
